Opening Ceremony of the Pharmacy Laboratory Complex

• The opening ceremony of the Pharmacy Laboratory Complex, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Peradeniya was held on 30th of July 2021. Prof. Upul B. Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor, University of Peradeniya, Prof. S.H.P.P. Karunaratne, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, University of Peradeniya, Dr Janaka Marasinghe, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences along with distinguished guests graced this prestigious event. Financial assistance for this project was received through World Bank funded Accelerating Higher Education Expansion and Development (AHEAD) operation. This laboratory complex has three separate labs, a Pharmaceutical Chemistry laboratory, Pharmaceutics laboratory, and Pharmaceutical Microbiology & Biotechnology laboratory.
