• Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the proposed building of the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Peradeniya was held on 13th June 2019 at the auspicious time 09.11 am. The Vice-Chancellor Professor Upul B. Dissanayake; Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor S.H.P.P. Karunaratne; Dean, Faculty of AHS, Dr. M.A.J.C Marasinghe; Heads of the Department, Dr. A.C.M. Fahim; Academic and Non-Academic Staff members and students were present at this ceremony. The new building will add more space to the Teaching, Research, Administrative and Welfare activities of the Department.
