Second Workshop of nEUROcare in Kristianstad, Sweden

The four day workshop of the nEUROcare project (618596-EPP-1-2020-1- SE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) was successfully conducted in Kristianstad, Sweden from 9 to 12 of May 2022. Partners from both European and Sri Lankan universities participated in this session. Experts from Högskolan Kristianstad, Sweden, Triskelion, Norway, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, University of Tartu, Estonia, and Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus participated as European partners while University of Peradeniya, University of Colombo, University of Ruhuna, and General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University participated as Sri Lankan partners. The team from University of Peradeniya comprised of five academic members from the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (Dr HDWT Damayanthi Dassanayake-Project Coordinator/Manager, Dr UWS Rathnayake, Dr AMSD Pathiranage, Ms. BRGTK Weerasingha and Ms. DARK Dasanayaka) who actively engaged in the development of the course development related to neurodegenerative care with the collaboration of other partners. The Vice Chancellor of University of Peradeniya, Professor MD Lamawansa, attended the workshop as a special guest.
