  1. The MOU between University of Peradeniya (UoP) and University of Connecticut (UConn), USA (http://uconn.edu)

    The Grant Lab at UConn’s School of Pharmacy works with UoP’s Department of Pharmacy on chemical structure identification in metabolomics and conduct LC-MS based experiments while UoP’s Department of Pharmacy conducts metabolomics software design and development related work. The collaborative effort from the UoP side is headed by Dr. L.C. Menikarachchi, a Senior Lecturer at UoP’s Department of Pharmacy. Dr. L.C. Menikarachchi also holds an honorary research scholar position at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, School of Pharmacy, University of Connecticut.

  2. CASPPER (Collaboration of Australians and Sri Lankans for Pharmacy Practice, Education and Research) (https://caspper.weebly.com/)

    CASPPER is an international partnership of clinicians, educators and researchers mainly from Australia, Sri Lanka, and UK. We aim to develop clinical pharmacy services through education and research, in order to enhance health outcomes in Sri Lanka. The group started in 2009. We have taught in the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and the University of Peradeniya and supported research at the University of Kelaniya. Academic staff members of the Department of Pharmacy are actively involved in research and teaching collaboration with this research group and Dr. Fahim is one of the directors of CASPPER.

    The University of Sydney is one of the pioneer University in Australia. Dr. A.C.M. Fahim is currently an Honorary Research Fellow at the Translational Australian Clinical Toxicology Program, Discipline of Pharmacology, Faculty of Medicine and Health, The University of Sydney. He is part of a number of research activities in this collaborative research program. Dr. M.H.F. Sakeena also collaborate with University of Sydney. She works as a Research Affiliate with the School of Pharmacy, University of Sydney.

    UNSW Sydney is one of Australia's leading research and teaching universities in Australia. Dr. A.C.M. Fahim is currently an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the Prince of Wales Clinical School, Faculty of Medicine, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He is part of a number of research activities carried out by Australian Kidney Biomarker Research Group at UNSW.
