A new pharmaceutical instrumentation laboratory

  • A new Pharmaceutical Instrumentation Laboratory of the Department of Pharmacy was inaugurated on 01st of April 2013 in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences and which was unveiled by the distinguished guests Prof. K. Hennayake, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Peradeniya, Dean/ Faculty of Veterinary medicine & Animal Science and the Head of the Departments. The programme began with the traditional oil lamping. All academic, administrative and non academic staff were participated. This lab will be used for dosage form development and also will be used for small scale drug production. This will be beneficial for conducting practical sessions and research purposes
